Ordering Plug Trays

Plugs trays are intended for farmers for their field transplanting and not for re-sale. If you wish to
retail our plants, please contact us regarding our 4" potted material. We offer a great selection of
heirloom, open-pollinated and quality hybrid varieties for gardens.

Please allow approximately six-weeks growing time for your plugs, so plan accordingly when setting
your planting dates.

How do I purchase your plug trays?

ORDER SIZE: Our minimum order is $100 per pickup per planting date and at this minimum level,
requires pickup at the farm. We require a minimum $300 per delivery per planting date for
metro-Atlanta area deliveries arranged at a convenient location. This delivery area is generally
defined as within 20 miles the I-285 and I-75 corridors. For deliveries to Athens or Macon or
Chattanooga, TN a minimum of $500 per delivery per planting date is required.

If your farm is outside of these listed areas, please contact us for order and delivery information.
Different order minimums/delivery charges may apply.

Note: minimums can be met by grouping your orders with your farm neighbors. This is an easy way
to receive deliveries to your area, but please place only ONE order for your group.

GREENHOUSE SPACE: Prior to placing an order, please email to confirm that we have greenhouse
space for your order. If you do not have email access, please leave a message and we will contact
you regarding your order.

BULK SEED LIST: We carry many untreated and organic seed varieties. Check out our BULK
SEED LIST for our current selection of seed. You may also send us your untreated or organic seeds
for custom sowing. But please confirm ahead of time that we have space and/or accepting orders
before you mail us your seed. If you are a certified organic grower, please check with your certifying
agent for pre-approval of you seed selections prior to placing an order. If you are sending seed to

PLACING YOUR ORDER: Complete an order form (.pdf)/order form)( Excel version).

All information must be filled out on the form.
Planting date - the date you wish to receive your plugs. Please note that "ASAP" is NOT a date
and an actual planting date is required.

Tray Size - We offer a 128 and 200 cell tray for plugs. One one variety per tray.
For early season hoophouse tomatoes, we offer a 50 cell tray for March planting dates. Otherwise,
all orders must be for our two standard tray selections.

COST: The base tray cost is $10.50 for 128 and 200 cell trays. If you are ordering from the bulk
seed list , your cost would be $10.50 (base tray cost) + seed cost (listed in the table).

ORGANIC CERTIFICATE: Here is a copy of our organic certificate if you need this for your
records or certifying agent.
