Youngs Mill Farm grows certified organic, high-quality vegetable plugs and garden transplants. (A plug is a small plant grown in a tray with its own seperate cell of soil so that root disturbance is kept to a minimum.)  We grow plants for farmers and retail customers reaching across five states. 

Since its inception in 2004, Youngs Mill Farm has been the "farm" behind your farm, offering farmers custom grown plugs that are "hand-tended" in our greenhouses located in the hills of Northwest Georgia.

What is organic?

Organic is a labeling term that indicates that the food or other agricultural product has been produced through approved methods that integrate cultural, biological, and mechanical practices that foster cycling of resources, promote ecological balance, and conserve biodiversity. Synthetic fertilizers, sewage sludge, irradiation, and genetic engineering may not be used.
